How the booking process works:
Select a ticket
Select tickets directly on the website for 1 to 100 people, and also choose the number of teams
Organize team(s).
After booking, you will receive a link for each team. Send this to the respective team leader for each team.
Onboarding
The team leaders choose a group name and a username. Then they invite the other participants using a separate team link.
Start the game
After all participants have registered, the team leader starts the game. The puzzles appear simultaneously on all devices and can be worked on individually by each participant.

A live escape game is a group experience in which participants dive into a compelling story and together solve complex puzzles, crack digital locks and complete a mission before time runs out. It inspires Exit Room fans and groups who enjoy taking on challenges together. In short: It combines an interactive city tour, digital scavenger hunt and escape room challenge. The puzzles are designed in such a way that several people can play together in a team.
In online escape games, the participants each sit at a PC, laptop or tablet. For a better gaming experience, we recommend that you connect via Zoom, Teams, etc. so that you can exchange ideas while playing. Regardless of this, everyone's task is updated at the same time and each person always knows who in the team has solved the task. This also makes it possible for you to have an exciting team experience even without a video conference.
The games are designed for 1 to 100 people. However, we recommend having at least 2 people so that you can solve the tasks together. For an optimal experience, we suggest dividing into multiple groups and playing against each other. You can determine the number of teams when booking. The teams can play together or at different times.
The difficulty of the tasks depends on the participants and their experience with escape games. If you pay attention, communicate and think together, you should be able to complete the mission within the given time.
No, we don't need that. After buying your tickets, you can decide for yourself when to redeem them. You can ask questions and get live help at any time via the chat.
The codes on the tickets are valid up to 6 months after purchase. Once you've activated a game, you can pause, but you must finish the game in 48 hours at the latest.
